Jr. graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Ministry. His career path has been diverse, including working as a cashier, supervisor, timeshare salesman, yard controller, store manager, and general manager. He has also ventured into entrepreneurship.

His commitment to learning is evident through his various educational achievements and certifications in commercial sales, data processing, management, Project management, and Information technology. These qualifications demonstrate his dedication and adaptability.

Jr's influence extends beyond his professional life. As the co-founder of Harvest To The Sower Ministries and Mervin & Eloise Flanders Ministries, with his wife Eloise. His global impact reaches Jamaica, Switzerland, South Africa, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Married to Eloise or prophet Eloise and father to four children, Judel, Kessinda, D’vonte, and Nia. Jr Flanders embodies the values of faith, family, and unwavering dedication to service.
